What to expect in a session

In a session, I aim to create a space where you can talk through what’s going on and explore what you need right now. We might look at patterns in your health, mood, behaviour, routine, or symptoms, and make sense of how everything fits together. I often teach practical tools for nervous-system regulation, pacing, motivation, and coping, and we work together to choose strategies that suit your needs and goals.

I use a blend of psychological skills and movement science. This might involve exploring your values and strengths, looking at your habits and barriers, planning movement goals (only if and when you want to), adjusting an exercise plan, or talking through pain, fatigue, or performance challenges. Sessions can feel reflective, practical, educational, or structured—depending on what works best for you.

Some people arrive wanting clarity; others want tools, accountability, or a space to process. Some want help building routines or understanding their symptoms. Others want support navigating complex health conditions or preparing for sport, rehab, or return-to-work plans. Whatever you need, I’ll shape the session around you.

My approach in each session often surrounds helping you understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what you can do next—at a pace that feels safe, doable, and aligned with your life. You can book straight in or reach out first if you want more information. There’s no pressure either way.

Pricing

My initial session fee is $250 (50 minutes),
Follow-up sessions are $225 (50 minutes),
Check-in sessions for ongoing clients are $95 (25 minutes).

Please enquire for tailored pricing on workshops, professional development, or other avenues of support.

I offer discounted rates on a case-by-case basis for those who need it due to financial hardship.
Other rates and options may be offered depending on the circumstances, treatment provided and the funding avenue.

I will help you to access any appropriate rebates, including Medicare, NDIS, and CTP, and can guide you through the process if you feel unsure where to start. Check-in sessions are not currently eligible for rebates.

How appointments work

Initial Session

  • Before your initial appointment, I will send you a short patient information form

  • Once completed, you will receive your video link.

  • We then spend the session time however you need it.

  • I take payment at the end of your first session.

  • You can stop there, book regularly, or book when you need it — whatever feels best for you.

Ongoing Sessions

  • I send you a reminder and your session link 48 hours before.

  • Your payment processes automatically before the session.

  • We complete the session.

  • I then process any rebates ASAP after your session if applicable.

  • You can then continue regularly, or book when you need it — whatever feels best for you.

How Video Therapy Works

  • I use Microsoft Teams, a secure and easy-to-use platform.

  • You can join the session from any device using the link — no app required.

  • Video therapy requires a safe and confidential space. If this feels challenging, please let me know and we can explore options.

  • If any connection issues appear during the session, I will continue through a phone call.
