Welcome to my practice
I combine psychology and movement science to support people who want clarity, confidence, and direction in their health and performance.
My Philosophy
I work with a broad range of clients across general mental health and wellbeing, as well as rehabilitation and performance. I use a whole-person, whole-system approach that recognises how behaviour, emotion, the nervous system, and physical health interact. My aim s to create a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful change in wellbeing and performance.
Evidence Based Care
While movement science offers strong guidance on training, rehabilitation, and recovery, the psychology behind exercise — including motivation, identity, behaviour, emotion, and recovery — continues to shape long-term health outcomes. Staying connected to current research allows me to provide practical, evidence-based support across individual therapy, group programs, workshops, and professional settings.
Therapeutic & Movement Approach
I primarily use Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT), alongside elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with experience in pain, rehabilitation, and performance psychology.
If you are seeking movement support, I provide individualised exercise programs tailored to your body, goals, and situation. My work spans mental health regulation through movement, injury recovery, and performance-focused training. I collaborate closely with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to ensure coordinated, safe, and effective care.

Clinical & Research Interests
My clinical and research interests focus on supporting individuals navigating injury, chronic health conditions, and complex medical experiences. I am particularly motivated to support those who have felt dismissed or uncertain despite ongoing symptoms.
This includes work with POTS, h-EDS, chronic pain, fatigue, long-COVID, post-viral, neurodiversity, and burnout. I also enjoy working alongside motivated individuals, athletes, and para-athletes seeking to build confidence, wellbeing, and performance.
Acknowledgement of Country
I acknowledge the Ngunnawal people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I live and work, and extend this respect to all First Nations Custodians across Australia. I pay my respects to Elders past and present. I recognise the strength, knowledge, and ongoing cultures of First Nations peoples and honour their enduring connection to land, water, and community. I also recognise the depth of knowledge within First Nations cultures and the guidance their perspectives offer in shaping respectful, holistic, community-centred practice.
