I am Registered Psychologist and Exercise Scientist. I use evidence-based practice, taking a holistic & solutions-focused approach, placing nervous-system care at the centre of my work.
I focus on two main areas: health management and performance management. My training and experience allow me to work across diverse environments — from medical settings and rehabilitation spaces, through to first-responder and athlete/para-athlete environments.
These experiences shape a practical, real-world perspective that guides the support I provide.

My role involves holding a space where you can talk through what’s going on and explore what you need right now. We might look at patterns in your health, mood, behaviour, routine, or symptoms, and make sense of how everything fits together.
I often teach practical tools for nervous-system regulation, pacing, motivation, and coping, and we work together to choose strategies that suit your needs and goals. My aim is for you to always leave with something helpful.
I am proudly dual qualified, meaning as an Exercise Scientist, I can also support your movement goals, if you are interested. Depending on your circumstances, I can support you with a new movement plan or collaborate with your healthcare team to support your existing plan (Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Personal Trainer). -
