I’m Chantelle, a Registered Psychologist and Exercise Scientist.

I use evidence-based practice, taking a holistic & solutions-focused approach, placing nervous-system care at the centre of my work.

I focus on two main areas: health management and performance management. My training and experience allow me to work across diverse environments — from medical settings and rehabilitation spaces to sports fields, emergency control rooms, and para-athlete environments.
